Separate sealed BIDS for the above projects located in Lewiston, Idaho, will be received by Purchasing Division, City of Lewiston at 1134 “F” Street, Lewiston, Idaho 83501, until 2:00 p.m. local time on Thursday March 2, 2023, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud.

Bids will only be accepted from bidders on the Quest CDN plan holders list.

There will not be a pre-bid conference for this project though bidders are strongly encouraged to visit the site prior to bidding.

All bids must be signed and accompanied by evidence of authority to sign. Bids must be accompanied by Bid Security in the form of a bid bond, certified check, cashiers check or cash in the amount of 5% of the amount of the bid proposal. Said bid security shall be forfeited to the City of Lewiston as liquidated damages should the successful bidder fail to enter into contract in accordance with their proposal as specified in the Instructions to Bidders.
City of Lewiston reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any nonmaterial irregularities in the bids received.
