Volunteer
OverviewVolunteers are important to the work of the Library. By generously donating their time, talent, and skills, volunteers allow the Library to enhance and extend programs and services.
Volunteers come from all walks of life; business people, retirees, parents, community leaders, and students provide assistance in many different ways, including these areas:
- Covering new books
- Tidying shelves and putting items in order
- Taking care of our flower bed
- Furnishing refreshments for programs
- Summer Reading Program help
- Helping with crafts or the library scrapbook
- Computer skills
- Helping set up for programs
